Cricket in the street prompt for Gemini and ChatGPT that turns one selfie into a candid photo of you batting in a street cricket game, neighbours watching.

The prompt

Using the uploaded photo, create a candid everyday photo of the same person batting in a street cricket game, neighbours watching. Shot on a smartphone main camera at eye level, bright afternoon light. Keep the face, features, skin tone, age, hairline and body shape exactly as in the uploaded photo. Make it look like a real, unedited photo: real skin with pores, fine lines and natural shine, a few stray hairs, real fabric wrinkles, natural colours, slightly imperfect framing and mild camera noise. Natural hands with five fingers each and a relaxed, realistic grip. No beauty filter, no retouching, no smooth plastic skin, no perfect symmetry, no glossy or cinematic AI look. Nobody should be able to tell it is AI.

About this look

This prompt turns one photo of you into a candid photo of you batting in a street cricket game, neighbours watching. It is lit by bright afternoon light and the camera line asks for a smartphone main camera at eye level. The second half of the prompt asks for real skin, natural hands and slightly imperfect framing, which is what stops it looking like AI. Because it looks like a friend took it on a phone, it works as a casual Instagram post, a WhatsApp DP or a dating-app photo.

How to use it in Gemini or ChatGPT

Tap Copy prompt above.
Open Gemini or ChatGPT, tap + and upload a clear, front-facing photo of yourself.
Paste the prompt and send it. The image is ready in under a minute.
If a detail is off, reply with the fix in plain words (for example "keep my face exactly as in the photo") instead of starting over.

Tips for the best result

Use a recent photo in soft natural light; harsh shadows and beauty filters confuse the AI.
There are other people in this scene. If the AI gives them your face, reply "the people in the background are strangers, slightly out of focus".
Keep the realism lines at the end of the prompt. Removing them is the quickest way to get a glossy, plastic AI look.

Try these variations

Another place: move the scene to a Kolkata tram street and keep the rest of the prompt the same.
Selfie version: change the camera line to "taken as a front-camera selfie at arm's length".
Couple version: upload a photo of you both and write "the couple" instead of "the person", plus "keep both faces exactly the same".

Questions about this prompt

Is the Cricket in the street prompt free to use?

Yes, it is free to copy and use in Gemini, ChatGPT or any AI app that takes a photo plus text. Your photo goes only to that AI app, never to Promptora.

Will the Cricket in the street prompt keep my face the same?

It has a line that tells the AI to keep your face, skin tone, age and hairline as in your photo. Use one sharp, well-lit photo; if the face drifts, ask it to match the photo more closely.

Which is better for this prompt, Gemini or ChatGPT?

Both work. Gemini often gives more natural skin, and ChatGPT follows detailed scenes closely. If one result looks off, paste the prompt in the other app.
