Vintage Mustang in a pastel street AI photo prompt: a retro photo of you. Free to copy for Gemini or ChatGPT with your own photo.

The prompt

Turn the uploaded photo into a retro photo of the woman in a knee-length red polka-dot dress with cap sleeves standing beside the side of a 1960s baby blue Ford Mustang convertible, the car seen in side profile, empty and unbadged, on a pastel art deco street with palm trees, sunny afternoon, alone. No readable logos, badges, text or number plates anywhere in the image. Keep the face exactly as in the uploaded photo: same features, skin tone, age and hairline. Make it look like a real photograph, shot on a 35mm film camera with natural film grain. Natural skin texture with visible pores, real hair strands, true-to-life light and shadows, correct hands and body proportions. No airbrushed or plastic skin, no over-smoothing, no CGI or AI-art look.

About this look

This prompt turns one photo of you into a retro photo of you in a knee-length red polka-dot dress with cap sleeves standing beside the side of a 1960s baby blue Ford Mustang convertible, the car seen in side profile, empty and unbadged, on a pastel art deco street with palm trees, sunny afternoon, alone. The outfit is knee-length red polka-dot dress and it is framed as if shot on a 35mm film camera with natural film grain. It also asks for natural skin texture, so the result looks like a photograph, not a glossy render. Use it for a road-trip style post, a phone wallpaper or a celebration when you finally book the car.

How to use it in Gemini or ChatGPT

Tap Copy prompt above.
Open Gemini or ChatGPT, tap + and upload a clear photo that shows at least your upper body.
Paste the prompt and send it. The image is ready in under a minute.
If a detail is off, reply with the fix in plain words (for example "keep my face exactly as in the photo") instead of starting over.

Tips for the best result

A sharp photo where your face fills a good part of the frame gives the most accurate result.
This scene shows more than your face, so use a photo of at least your upper body, ideally full length. The AI then gets your build and posture right.
Name the exact car and colour you want. The AI may add a logo or a number plate; reply "remove all logos and number plates" if it does.

Try these variations

Add a light: put "bright morning sunlight" at the end of the first sentence for a fresh, bright mood.
New outfit: replace "knee-length red polka-dot dress" with a pastel lehenga.
Tighter frame: ask for "an 85mm lens, head-and-shoulders crop" for a stronger profile picture.
