Delete your data - Prompt Pose: AI Photo Prompts

Prompt Pose has no accounts, so there is no profile to delete. The small amount of data linked to your installation can be removed as described below.

1. Data stored on your phone (deleted instantly)

2. Analytics, crash and notification data (deleted on request)

The app sends anonymous usage events (Google Analytics for Firebase), crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) and a push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging). These are linked to a random installation ID, not to your name.

  1. Email support@promptpose.online with the subject "Prompt Pose data deletion request".
  2. Tell us the approximate date you installed the app and your phone model (and, if you still have the app, the app version from Settings > About). This is all we can use to find your installation, because we hold no personal identifiers.
  3. We delete the matching analytics, crash and notification records within 30 days and confirm by email. Uninstalling the app also stops any further collection immediately.

3. Advertising ID

Ads are served by Google AdMob using your device's advertising ID. You can reset or delete this ID at any time in your phone's Settings > Google > Ads, which breaks the link between past ad data and your device. We do not store the advertising ID ourselves.

What is kept

Aggregated statistics that cannot identify a device (for example how many times a prompt was copied in total) are kept because they contain no personal data. Crash and analytics data are retained for at most 14 months by Google's default settings, then deleted automatically, even without a request.
